Richard Patrick (Filter) Interview

Richard Patrick

Back in 1993 after leaving his gig as touring guitarist for Nine Inch Nails, singer Richard Patrick decided to form his own band, Filter, putting his own unique stamp on the American industrial rock scene. Fast forward to 2016 and Filter has a new release “Crazy Eyes,” which is the biggest, baddest thing they have done since their platinum debut album “Short Bus.” With a brand new record and about to launch the “Make America Hate Again” Tour, Patrick is busier than ever but took the time to chat with us here at BackstageAxxess. Richard is nothing if not outspoken and we had an interesting conversation that covered everything from the making of “Crazy Eyes” to the internet’s effect on the music business and even Donald Trump and the upcoming Presidential election. Please join us for a chat with Filter frontman Richard Patrick.

We would like to thank Violet Foulk from Go Lightly Media for setting up the interview with Richard.  For more information on Filter, please go to: Filter
