Airbourne “Breakin’ Outta Hell” CD

It’s never too loud when you’re listening to some kick ass rock and roll which is the case with Airbourne’s latest release “Breakin’ Outta Hell.”  The bad boys from down under are back with their fourth album via Spinefarm Records and it will simply blast you out of your seat.

The party gets started with the hard driving rock of the title track and just keeps on going all album long.  This is no frills, pedal to the metal rock and roll.  It’s fun, have a good time music and the perfect sound track to start your weekend.  Frontman Joel O’Keeffe’s gritty vocals and spectacular leads are a perfect match to the crunching riffs of David Rhoads, spine crushing drums of Ryan O’Keeffe and driving bass of Justin Street.  The songs are well crafted with contagious hooks and plenty of explosive grooves.  The production team of Bob Marlette and engineer Mike Fraser did an outstanding job of having a fresh, polished sound without sacrificing the raw, gritty feel of Airbourne’s music. Don’t miss the down and dirty feel of “Rocked Like This” and the anthemic album closer “It’s All For Rock N’ Roll,” a track inspired by the late, great Lemmy Kilmister.

“Breakin’ Outta Hell” is another terrific album  from a band that still plays real rock and roll.  So if you’ve had a bad day and need to break out of  your own personal hell for a little while, crank up the Airbourne and get your rock on now!
