One of the most anticipated performances of the 2017 NAMM tradeshow was The Boxmasters performing at the KORG USA soundroom. The Boxmasters consist of Teddy “Zig Zag” Andreadis, J. D. Andrew and Billy Bob “Bud” Thornton. The band can be described as a rockabilly with some country rock mixed in. They performed a few tracks in front of about 40 lucky people who were able to squeeze into the intimate setting.
Before their performance, we talked to the guys about their relationship with VOX. We also talked about their past performance at NAMM, their latest offering titled ” Boys and Girls… And the World,” and how Bud is able to balance his movie career and his time with The Boxmasters.
