The first installment of Tunes for Toys was held at the Lafeyette Blues Room on December 6, 2009 to raise money for Carlys Club at Roswell Park (kids and cancer research of WNY.) Numerous signed items were donated by Zakk Wylde, Theory of a Deadman, Big & Rich and Gretchen Wilson, Joe Perry, Tesla, Godsmack, Papa Roach, Buckcherry, Heaven and Hell, and Queensryche too name a few. The event rose over $2,100.00, which director Robin Hace from Carlys Club decided to purchase an Xbox for the common room and gift cards from Toys R Us to give to all the children. We would like to thank all the artists and publicist who contributed their time to make these kids holidays a little brighter! Here are some pictures of some of our lucky winners from the event!
