A new and exciting business venture by the rock group Kiss takes them into the world of putt-putt golf. Not just any ordinary putt-putt predicament, but Monster Mini Golf. Kiss has teamed with the Christina and Patrick Vitaliano, owners of Monster Mini Golf chain, to create a fun and exciting way for new entertainment right off the Las Vegas strip. In keeping with the Rock theme, the place is located at 4501 Paradise Road, right across from the Hard Rock Hotel.
BackstageAxxess were invited to attend the grand opening and we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to do so. We have accompanying video and photos of the entire inside of the venue. The 18 hole course comes with a full Kiss gift shop, a VIP room (with a door that resembles the Elder album), Hotter than Hell Wedding Chapel, state-of-the-art arcade, Kiss photo gallery, and a Rock and Roll Cafe. One of the coolest things the building houses is an amazing Kiss fish tank that is absolutely breathtaking.
We experienced all the bells and whistles of the new place and enjoyed the VIP party with Kiss. Additionally, we attended the black carpet event that featured some of Las Vegas’ most popular personalities. David Howard and Natasha Fagen, the lucky winners of an EBAY auction, were the first couple to be wed at the Hotter than Hell chapel, which took place while the festivities were going on. Fittingly, both Gene and Paul served as groomsman in the wedding. We even got to squeeze in a round of golf during our visit. In addition to all of this, Jumpin Jammerz were there selling Kiss PJ’s.
The photos don’t do it justice; you must see this in person. Without giving too much more away, it’s definitely a place to go and check out next time you visit Vegas.
