The inductees for the class of 2014 are as follows: KISS, Nirvana, Peter Gabriel, Cat Stevens, Linda Ronstadt and Hall & Oates will all join the class of 2014. The E Street Band will be given the Award for Musical Excellence and Beatles manager Brian Epstein and original Rolling Stones manager Andrew Loog Oldham will both receive the Ahmet Ertegun Award for non-performers.
The induction will take place at the Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on April 10th, 2014. Music fans don’t fret, this induction will mark the first time that the public will be able to purchase tickets for an induction that takes place in New York City. The sale date will be later announced (will take place something in January 2014.)
