Exhibitionism – The Rolling Stones, delivered by DHL, is the must-see show making its North American debut and is now open in New York City at the iconic Industria, West Village.

Exhibitionism tells the story of the most influential rock ‘n’ roll band in the world, allowing visitors to experience their incredible journey through this immersive exhibit, from their early days living together in a tiny flat to headlining the biggest stages in the world.

Unlocking their vast archive for the first time in history, this spectactular exhibit is a Rolling Stones treasure trove, curated over nine thematic gallery spaces. Exhibitionism is an immersive, interactive music experience, showcasing 500 items from original stage costumes, rare instruments and lyric books, backstage and touring paraphernalia, album art, photography, stage designs, personal diaries, and never before released audio and behind-the-scenes footage.

Celebrating the Stones’ artistic collaborations in music, recording, art and design, fashion and film, Exhibitionism features original works on display from an array of artists as diverse as Andy Warhol, Alexander McQueen, Prada, Dior, Ossie Clark, L’Wren Scott, Robert Frank, David Bailey, Jeff Koons, Walton Ford, Shepard Fairey, Jean-Luc Godard and Martin Scorsese, to name a few.

In the world’s biggest exhibition on the Rolling Stones, highlights include a recreation of their recording studio complete with original instruments and interactive mixing desks, an immersive realistic reconstruction of ‘Edith Grove’, their first shared flat in London, and culminates in a mind-blowing backstage and 3D concert experience.

Mick Jagger: “We’ve been thinking about it for quite a long time but wanted it to be just right and on a large scale just like planning our touring concert productions. I think right now it’s an interesting time to do it.”

Keith Richards: “While this is about the Rolling Stones, it’s not necessarily just about the members of the band. It’s also about all the paraphernalia and technologyassociated with a band, like as well as the instruments that have passed through our hands over the years, that will make the exhibition really interesting.”

Charlie Watts: ‘’It’s hard to believe that it’s more than fifty years since we began, and it is wonderful to look back to the start and bring everything up to date at this exhibition.’’

Ronnie Wood: “The scene was great down the King’s Road in the 1960s. That was where you went to hang out and watch the fashions go by. So it is appropriate that our EXHIBITIONISM will be housed at the wonderful Saatchi Gallery.”

EXHIBITIONISM is promoted and presented by Australian company iEC (International Entertainment Consulting), with the full participation of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood. The immersive exhibition will use nine different rooms spanning over 1,750 square meters, each with its own distinctly designed environment, that will show how the band has changed the way we experience rock and roll.

DHL is proud to be the Presenting Partner of EXHIBITIONISM, the Rolling Stones’ first ever global touring exhibition.
