Announces Fall Tour Dates With Rise Against
Performing At The 2017 Journeys Alternative Press Music Awards On July 17
PIERCE THE VEIL will be heading out on tour this fall with hardcore punk legends Rise Against. The tour will be starting in Abbotsford, BC on September 14 and finishing in Asbury Park, NJ on October 6th. After the Canadian dates, the tour will start in the Midwest, and work its way to the Northeast and East coast (all dates posted below).
“It’s such an honor to be asked to tour with a band that I have been inspired by since I was a teenager,” says Pierce The Veil frontman, Vic Fuentes. ” I love when things come full circle like that. We are beyond excited to tear up the stage with them every night this Fall! See you at the shows!”
Two masters of merging energy and melody, Pierce The Veil and Rise Against will be joined by White Lung, who will be opening on all dates of the tour. Tickets for Abbotsford, BC will go on sale May 13 and Baltimore, MD will go on sale May 19. General and VIP tickets go on-sale for all dates at 10 a.m. EST on Friday, May 12. Pierce The Veil is currently out headlining the Loudwire Presents We Will Detonate! Tour, with Sum 41, Emarosa, and Chapel until May 26th, which includes festival dates at Northern Invasion, Rock On The Range and Rocklahoma.
In addition, the band will be performing at the 2017 Journeys Alternative Press Music Awards on July 17, where they have been nominated for Song of the Year, Artist of the Year, and Album of the Year for their fourth studio album, Misadventures.
