Portland rockers PORTUGAL. THE MAN have announced tour dates for this fall, kicking off on October 2nd at The Castle Theatre in Bloomington, IL and wrapping up on October 27th at The Fillmore Charlotte in Charlotte, NC. Tickets for the fall tour go on sale this Friday, July 28th and will be available HERE. The fall tour follows the band’s most recent tour that has seen the band play some of the largest shows to date including two night stints at New York City’s Terminal 5, Los Angeles’ Hollywood Palladium, Denver’s famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre & a sold out show at the Edgefield in their hometown of Portland, OR.
Portugal. The Man is riding high on the success of their chart-topping hit single “FEEL IT STILL.” The band performed “Feel It Still” on THE TONIGHT SHOW STARRING JIMMY FALLON last week – watch the performance HERE. “Feel It Still” is currently skyrocketing up the Hot AC and Top 40 charts while also spending its 5th consecutive week at #1 at Alternative. Additionally, the song is #1 at College radio and held the #1 spot at Triple A radio for 13 weeks!
“Feel It Still” has also been featured in a number of national campaign syncs including Vitamin Water, Nike, YouTube, American Express, HBO Now, Apple and more.
The single, which was released in March, was joined by two unique visuals, a standard clip, now with over 8.3M views on YouTube, as well as an interactive companion video created by the band in partnership with global creative agency Wieden+Kennedy. The clip – which originally premiered via Noisey – is both an electrifying music video as well as an interactive toolkit for protesting social injustice. Directed by Ian Schwartz at Prettybird, “Feel It Still” asks viewers to find hidden Easter eggs designed to help #theresistance movement, including a direct dial to the White House, a video explaining the legal rights of protestors, donation sites for Planned Parenthood and the ACLU, custom-designed protest posters, and stencil kits for resistance graffiti.
