(New York, NY – September 7, 2017) – California rock and party legends Steel Panther return with the third music video from their latest release Lower The Bar. The video for “Wasted Too Much Time” is available now at www.steelpantherrocks.com. Steel Panther drummer Stix Zadinia directed the latest clip, which visualizes the message of the song and the pitfalls of staying in a relationship that isn’t working. Stone Sour make a cameo appearance in the NSFW video performing at a house party and singer Corey Taylor does his best Michael Starr impersonation. Steel Panther will also be making an appearance in the next Stone Sour video as well.

“Having sex with living, human women and directing music videos are my two favorite things to do,” explains director Stix Zadinia.

Keeping the Stone Sour “bromance” alive, the two bands will be hitting the road together on a co-headline tour kicking off on September 24th in Omaha, NE at the Sokol Auditorium. The tour will make stops in Kansas City, MO; Niagara Falls, NY; and Tulsa, OK before wrapping up in San Antonio, TX on October 14th. Tickets for all shows are currently on-sale as well as VIP packages at select dates. All ticket info can be found at: http://steelpantherrocks.com/tour/.

ABOUT STEEL PANTHER:

For the uninitiated, Steel Panther was formed in 2000 and is comprised of Michael Starr (lead singer), Satchel (guitarist), Lexxi Foxx (bass) and Stix Zadinia (drums). Hailing from Los Angeles, the epicenter for rock n’ roll in all its debauchery and glamour, Steel Panther has established themselves as the world’s premier party band, melding hard rock virtuosity with parody and criminally good looks. Steel Panther is a global phenomenon with four full-length albums, touring across the world, platinum-level You Tube status and high-profile television appearances such as Jimmy Kimmel Live, Larry King Now, and FOX NFL Sunday.

Rolling Stone avowed, “There’s a reason Steel Panther have transcended their origins as a cover band playing the Sunset Strip,” while Metal Sucks declared, Steel Panther’s concept is genius…their songwriting is…preposterously snappy – and relatable.”

About The Author Kris Engelhart

I am a small business owner, freelance writer, and part-time piano instructor in Charlotte, NC. My musical career started at the age of five when I was forced into taking piano lessons. I played flute in the school band and added the guitar as a young teen. There is nothing I would rather do than be at a live show. My first concert was Shaun Cassidy at the Memorial Auditorium in Buffalo in 1978.
My top five live shows ever are:

1. Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band – Memorial Auditorium, Buffalo, NY 1984- They played for 3 ½ hours and it was awesome.

2. Carolina Rebellion- Metrolina Expo Grounds, Charlotte, NC, May, 2011 – The first ever Carolina Rebellion featured over 15 bands with Avenged Sevenfold headlining. Non-stop music for over 12 hours.
3. Chevelle- Food Lion Speed Street, Charlotte, NC, May, 2008 – The first time I ever saw Chevelle live and I was hooked!
4. Skillet with Red- Bojangle’s Coliseum, Charlotte, NC, April, 2010 – Skillet is one of my favorite bands and they totally kick it live.
5. 106.5 The End’s Weenie Roast #9- Verizon Wireless Amiptheater, Charlotte, NC , October, 2003- Featured Staind, Shinedown, Three Days Grace.
