TOTO RELEASE LYRIC VIDEO FOR
“DEVIL’S TOWER” TODAY
Los Angeles, CA — Today TOTO have released a brand new lyric video for “Devil’s Tower.” Taken from their definitive box set: All In via Legacy Recordings (a division of Sony Music).
“We originally recorded this track with Mike and Jeff Porcaro back in 1981 during the sessions for TOTO IV,” Steve Lukather remarked. “We never recorded a lead vocal or had lyrics for this one, so Joseph finished it up for us recently.”
The track is also available on all of the major streaming services as a stand alone single. TOTO begins a eight show run in Japan on February 14th in Hiroshima. The show in Toyko on February 20th at Budokan has already sold out.
TOTO will be busy in 2019. The band just returned from a standing room only run of Australia and New Zealand, and head to Japan and Indonesia in February. This spring in to the Summer, they’ll stage a long tour of Europe, combining top billing festival appearances and headline dates, after which they’ll bring their “An Evening With” show to North America this Fall. The 40 Trips Around The Sun tour is the band’s most extensive run in years with many more announcements to come.
Few ensembles in the history of recorded music have individually or collectively had a larger imprint on pop culture than the members of TOTO. As individuals, the band members can be heard on an astonishing 5000 albums that together amass a sales history of a half a billion albums. Amongst these recordings, NARAS applauded the performances with more than 200 Grammy nominations. Collectively TOTO has over a billion streams worldwide on all streaming services.
With over 40 years together and literally thousands of credits, including the biggest selling album of all time: Michael Jackson’s Thriller, and accolades to their names, TOTO remains one of the top selling touring and recording acts in the world.
