Elektra recording group Fitz and the Tantrums have released a third brand new song off their highly anticipated, forthcoming album. “I Need Help!” is available today at all digital retailers and streaming services HERE and is accompanied by an official music video that can be viewed HERE.
“This world teaches us to try to do it all on our own and not rely on anybody else. Life is hard and sometimes you just gotta ask for a little help,” explains frontman Michael “Fitz” Fitzpatrick.
“I Need Help!” follows track “Don’t Ever Let Em”, which was released last month alongside an accompanying music video. The multi-platinum band’s latest single “123456” is currently ascending the Alternative radio chart, following back-to-back weeks as the format’s #1 most added song. Watch the song’s electrifying music video HERE. Released in March, “123456” marked the first new music from Fitz and the Tantrums since 2016’s acclaimed self-titled album, which featured the band’s biggest hit to date, “HandClap”, which has logged more than 400 MILLION worldwide streams while enjoying top 5 chart success at multi-format radio outlets nationwide. Likewise, the 2x-Platinum certified song’s official companion video has amassed more than 80 MILLION views to date on YouTube alone.
This summer, Fitz and the Tantrums will embark on a massive North American co-headlining tour with Elektra labelmates Young The Giant. The cross-country trek kicks off at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, CO, on June 12, with dates continuing into August, including a special, homecoming show at The Forum in Los Angeles on August 10. Support comes from indie-pop trio COIN (June-July) and indie-alt songstress Alice Merton (August). Full itinerary below. For more details, please visit www.YTGFITZ.com.
