Singer songwriter Mike Tramp is getting to release his 12th studio effort called “Second Time Around” on May 1st through Target Records. Mike has been at this a long time and to say this may be his best work might be an understatement. The record really has great melody and insightful lyrical content. Mike couldn’t be more proud of where is musically and it definitely shows throughout this interview. During our chat, he talks about how he revisited some of his unreleased work and brought the material to life. We discuss how easy it is doing videos now compared to what took place back when he was with White Lion. Speaking of White Lion, last year Mike caught up with his old bassist James LoMenzo and we chatted about how that went. I ask him if has heard from Vito Bratta and you be surprised to what had to say on that. In addition, Mike talks about his home life in Denmark and his recent purchase of a farm next to his brothers current cattle ranch.
