(February 8, 2021) — Neil Finn of Crowded House announced today that he will embark on a series of radio shows for his lockdown online community, Fangradio on Mixlr. For each show he will revisit a different Crowded House album and render new acoustic versions of the songs contained therein, beginning on February 10th with the band’s second album “Temple Of Low Men.”
Along the way he will engage with guests and bandmates to remember and discuss the making of each record.
Crowded House’s timeless songs continue to resonate for new audiences and long-term listeners alike. Neil has always stood by the mantra that a good song should be able to be rendered in such a simple way and maintain its clarity and heart. This series promises to be a fascinating look at the way songs were written and once again delivered in their purest form.
Crowded House are excited to be touring NZ in March and still hoping to find their way to stages around the world later in the year with release of their new album Dreamers Are Waiting. In the meantime, on the dates listed below all the songs will be played from home with love.
