An exploration of sexuality and liberation, AFTERS captures the essence of modern queer culture with pulsating beats and sultry lyrics. Advance tracks already setting the pace for Lambert’s most liberated body of work to-date include CVNTY,” the fiery kiss off anthem marking his debut as a vocal producer, the hypnotic and longing WET DREAM,” that details how it feels when a ‘homo takes it home,’ and LUBE,” a pulsating track that is as direct as it is oozing with sensuality. Newly announced titles “DEEP HOUSE,” “NECK” and “FACE” will round out the AFTERS experience upon release.

Lambert has been fittingly previewing the EP while hosting untamed AFTERparties vibrantly worshiping queer culture on both coasts leading up to release. Most recently, he teamed up with New York nightlife legend Susanne Bartsch whose iconic On Top party celebrated AFTERS with trendy guests including DJ Griffin Maxwell Brooks and Age of Aquaria (RuPaul’s Drag Race). Back in Los Angeles, Lambert took West Hollywood’s nightlife scene to new heights following his WeHo Pride performance that captivated all in attendance. Notable LA guests included KeshaGottmik (RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars), Kevin McHale (Glee), and Valentina (RuPaul’s Drag Race).
A visual extension of his current creative era, Lambert turned heads as the Pride cover star for LADYGUNN, marking the trailblazer’s third cover of the season alongside Los Angeles Magazine and USA Today. Check out the LADYGUNN double cover feature HERE which spotlights Lambert in conversation with Slayyyter discussing creative freedom and sexual liberation.

ABOUT ADAM LAMBERT
After blowing everyone away on the eighth season of American IdolAdam Lambert went on to become a GRAMMY-nominated artist for “Whatya Want From Me” off his debut album For Your Entertainment. Earning his fifth top 10 on Billboard’s Album Sales Chart with his latest LP of inspired covers, High Drama (BMG US/Warner UK), Lambert is no stranger to impressing crowds with his carefully curated transformation of other artist’s songs — from American Idol, to the Kennedy Center Honors where he reduced Cher to tears with his delicate ballad reading of her mega-hit “Believe,” to his role as the current frontman of Queen. Lambert’s second album Trespassing became the first album to reach the number one spot in the US and Canada by an openly gay artist, and Lambert’s impressive catalog also includes the smash hit “Ghost Town” from his third album The Original High which was executive produced by Max Martin and Shellback, “Superpower” and “Roses” feat. Nile Rogers from his album VELVET (2020). On July 19, Adam will release his most liberated body of work to-date with the hedonistic EP AFTERS (The Orchard). Lambert’s career extends into film and TV as he hosts and co-produced ITV’s Adam Lambert: Out, Loud and Proud documentary, a powerful tribute to the resilience and revolutionary spirit of British LGBTQ+ artists who have transformed the music world while fighting for equality. He also serves as a  judge on The Voice Australia, stars as Machiavillain in Peacock’s Megamind vs. The Doom Syndicate and Megamind Rules!, starred in the Sofia Coppola-produced feature film Fairyland that premiered at Sundance Film Festival in 2023, and much more. In addition, 2023 saw Adam perform the updated film score for Mad About The Boy in the BAFTA nominated documentary on Noel Coward. Adam continues to solidify his global status as he wrapped a spectacular North American and Japan run of shows with Queen on their Rhapsody Tour, performed for The Princess of Wales as part of her annual Christmas carol concert in Westminster Abbey last December, headlined Pride in London and much more.
