The End is out now via BMG on all digital platforms. The 10-track album—produced by longtime collaborator Michael “Elvis” Baskette—runs 39 minutes and showcases Van Halen’s continued evolution as a songwriter and performer. As with his previous releases, Wolfgang wrote every song and performed all instrumentation and vocals, pushing himself further than he did on his debut and sophomore albums.
From the hypnotic opening of “One Of A Kind” to the infectious closer “All In Good Time,” The End highlights his growing range and musical identity. Tracks such as “Happy,” “Something New,” and “Selfish” slot seamlessly alongside fan favorites already central to Mammoth’s live show.
The latest album has spawned two #1 singles at rock radio to date. The first one was the title-track “The End” that was released in May, accompanied by a standout music video—a reimagining of the cult-classic From Dusk Till Dawn—directed by Robert Rodriguez and Greg Nicotero. The clip has surpassed 9 million views and features appearances by Danny Trejo, Slash, Myles Kennedy, and Wolfgang’s mother, Valerie Bertinelli. Follow-up single “The Spell,” also hit #1 at Active Rock radio, has also crossed 9 million views. The End is available in multiple formats—including limited-edition vinyl variants, signed inserts, and retailer exclusives at: https://Mammoth.lnk.to/TheEndAlbum.
GRAMMY® Award-nominated songwriter, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Wolfgang Van Halen continues to define Mammoth as one of hard rock’s breakout stories of the 2020s. Built on his multi-instrumental mastery and arena-sized melodic instincts, Mammoth’s music has cultivated a passionate global fan base and established the project as a rare new-generation success.
The project’s 2021 debut, Mammoth, entered the Billboard 200 at #12 and hit #1 on the Top Hard Rock Albums, Top Independent Albums, and Top Rock Albums charts. Breakout single “Distance” became the first of two #1 Rock Radio hits and earned a GRAMMY® nomination for Best Rock Song. 2023’s Mammoth II continued the momentum, debuting in the Top 5 of the Billboard Top Album Sales chart and returning the band to #1 on Top Hard Rock Albums. Both albums received acclaim from Rolling Stone, Guitar World, GRAMMY.com, Classic Rock, American Songwriter, KERRANG!, and more.
Mammoth has toured globally with Metallica and Pantera, supported Guns N’ Roses and the Foo Fighters, and sold-out headline dates around the world. They’ve also appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, performed at the MusiCares 2024 gala honoring Jon Bon Jovi, and Wolfgang joined the stage for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame® induction of Ozzy Osbourne.
Now, with The End and a new headlining tour ahead, Mammoth enters its next chapter.
