Gulf Shores, Alabama (October 30, 2026) – Following its inaugural edition in 2025, Morgan Wallen’s Sand In My Boots festival is returning to the beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama on May 21 – 23, 2027. Presented by Morgan, alongside AEG Presents, the music festival and beach vacation will once again invite fans into Morgan’s world, bringing together his favorite artists, musical influences, and personally curated experiences against the backdrop of the Alabama coast.
“One thing I’m looking forward to the most about bringing Sand In My Boots Festival back is being able to have new concepts on stage and trying to elevate the experience overall for the fans, myself and other artists on the bill,” Morgan shares. “I think it’s going to be really top-notch and we’re going to try to do it even better this time.”
Sand In My Boots made its sold-out debut in May 2025, bringing together some of the biggest names in country music alongside leading artists from hip-hop, rock, alternative, and electronic music. Headlined by Morgan, Post Malone, Brooks & Dunn, and HARDY, the festival’s inaugural lineup also featured Ella Langley, Riley Green, Bailey Zimmerman, T-Pain, Diplo, Wiz Khalifa, The War on Drugs, 2 Chainz, Three 6 Mafia, and more. The wide-ranging lineup offered fans a window into Morgan’s musical influences, bringing together artists and audiences from across genres for three days on the beach.
More than a traditional music festival, Sand In My Boots offers fans an opportunity to step inside Morgan’s world, with his personal touch extending from the artist lineup to the experiences throughout the festival. Reflecting Morgan’s own musical identity, which blends traditional country with influences from rock, hip-hop, EDM, and beyond, the festival brings together his closest collaborators, favorite artists, and those who have inspired him throughout his career.
Following its sold-out debut, the 2027 edition will continue that vision, creating a space for fans to discover the music, personalities and influences that have shaped one of the biggest stars in music, while bringing together artists and audiences who might not otherwise share the same festival experience.
Beyond the music, Sand In My Boots combines the atmosphere of a major music festival with the laid-back spirit of a Gulf Coast beach vacation. Set against the white sand beaches of Gulf Shores, the festival offers fans an opportunity to enjoy three days of live music, beachfront amenities, swimming pools, beach clubs, and a range of premium experiences to be revealed in the lead up to the event.
Following Sand In My Boots 2025, the Morgan Wallen Foundation (MWF) donated over $200,000 in instruments to five schools in Alabama. This was part of the foundation’s ongoing commitment to give back to the communities Morgan visits on tour, which has resulted in over $2 million worth of instruments donated to schools in need across Morgan’s U.S. touring cities.
