British metal icons CARCASS will return to North America for a headlining trek beginning this weekend! Set to embark this Sunday with a special performance at the Sound On Sound Festival in McDade, Texas with Baroness, Old Man Gloom, White Lung and so many others, the A Matrimony Made… In Sickness And In Hell Tour 2016 will coil its way through eighteen cities, coming to a close on November 27th in Madison, Wisconsin. Support will be provided by shoegaze-infused black metallers Deafheaven and doom merchants Inter Arma. CARCASS‘ latest journey follows the One Foot In The Grave headlining tour with Crowbar, Ghoul, and Night Demon this past Summer. Tickets are on sale now at all local ticket outlets.

Joining guitarist Bill Steer and bassist/vocalist Jeff Walker in the band’s current incarnation are new drummer Dan Wilding (Aborted, Trigger The Bloodshed) and guitarist Ben Ash (Pig Iron, Desolation, Liquefied Skeleton). Original sticksman Ken Owen contributed guest vocals as well.
