There was something different and intersecting at the 2018 NAMM tradeshow. Canadian musicians Todd Kerns, Brent Fitz and Cory Churko were there to push their band Toque. Toque is a fun project that focuses on playing only Canadian music. Most of the songs the band plays are lesser known artists like Saga, Queen City Kids and Honeymoon Suite. In the midst of his busy schedule during NAMM, we were able to grab Churko to talk about the vision of Toque. We also talked about his other involvement with Shania twain. Churko is her musical director and is looking forward to going on tour with her starting in early May.
