The beautiful grounds of the Willow Creek Winery in Upstate NY recently welcomed the Rockers of Radio Tour, an all-star jam that features three great vocal talents; Fran Cosmo (Boston), Derek St. Holmes (Ted Nugent ) and Jimi Jamison (Survivor). Backstageaxxess.com caught up with both Derek and Jimi just before show time to discuss the tour and details of each of their past and current musical endeavors. Both provided an impressive resume of accomplishments. And heres a little bit of triviaI bet you never knew that the voice that inspired Rocky Balboa to go the distance with Eye of the Tiger was the same set of pipes behind the song that introduced the world to Pamela Anderson as she bounced along the beach to the Baywatch theme Im Always Here. Yep, same guy; Jimi Jamison of Survivor, punching bags to fun-bags who knew?
