Arguably the most iconic figure in metal music is Motorhead’s Lemmy Kilmister. What hasn’t Lemmy seen or done? His band has consistently made records for the past 35 plus years. Most recently, there was an incredibly detailed look inside Lemmy’s life with a documentary released last year, aptly entitled “Lemmy,” and currently, Motorhead is gearing up for the 2012 installment of the Metal Mayhem tour with Slipknot and Slayer.
We talked to Lemmy about this tour, his thoughts about the Revolver Golden God Awards and what happened to this jacket he lent to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame that ended up missing.
