The 3rd annual Revolver roast had a different twist this year. After two years, the organizers decided to move it from being held during NAMM to a day before America’s biggest rock festival, Rock on the Range. It took place at the Lifestyles Pavilion in Columbus, OH and was titled appropriately “Roast on the Range.” This year’s guest of honor was Slipknot/Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor.
We spent a few minutes on the red carpet with Corey talking about some funny episodes that he endured along the way during his years of touring. We talked about how nervous he was about being roasted but was willing to take the onslaught as it was all going to a charity called MusiCares.
