Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal Interview

One of the hardest working men in rock and roll is Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal. Bumblefoot is releasing his 10th solo effort titled, “Little Brother is Watching,” on February 24, 2015. BackstageAxxess caught up with him to discuss the creative process behind the record and his other entrepreneurial endeavors. In addition to a line of hot sauces, Bumblefoot is also involved in creating guitar cases, and lending his talents to a guitar application called JamPlay. We talk to him about each of these things as well as the possibility of a Bumblefoot comic and new line of female attire called “Bumblebabe.”

The most important attribute of Bumblefoot is his constant charity work. He just came back from participating in a few live shows that raised over $163,000 for “Care for Kids” charities in Thailand. He is also involved in many other charities which include Red Cross, Navy Seals, Juvenile Diabetes, Earthquake Relief Fund, Autism Speaks and a host of others.

It’s always a pleasure when we talk to our friend Bumblefoot. We hope you enjoy the interview as much as we did conducting it!
