Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal (Art of Anarchy) Interview

Guitarist Ron Thal is truly a man of many talents.  Affectionately known as Bumblefoot, Ron is not only a tremendous guitarist  and solo artist but a gifted songwriter, producer, engineer, and arranger.  With his own line of hot sauces,  he is also a  true entrepreneur and businessman.  He is also a very giving individual and is involved in numerous charitable organizations around the world.   Bumblefoot is probably best known for his time in the hard rock band Guns N’ Roses and their “Chinese Democracy” album as well as numerous world tours.  In 2011, Ron formed Art of Anarchy along with Jon and Vince Votta and Disturbed bassist John Moyer.  The late Scott Weiland provided vocals for the first record but soon distanced himself from the project and was replaced in 2016 by former Creed vocalist Scott Stapp.  With the addition of Stapp, Art of Anarchy is opening up a whole new chapter with a new record, “The Madness,” about to be released and an upcoming performance in Vegas at Rock Into Spring.

BackstageAxxess recently had the chance to talk with Ron and find out all the details on Art of Anarchy and the new album.  Please join us for a chat with Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal.
