A native of Buffalo, NY, Tracey has long been involved in the music industry. Working for a local record store chain, Record Theatre from 1987-1990, and local rock radio stations 103.3 The Edge and 97 Rock from 1997-2001, she began her journalistic career writing for Glam-Metal.com in 2004, before partnering with Gus to form www.backstageaxxess.com in 2009. Tracey's first concert at the age of 8, was Donny & Marie Osmond at The CNE, Toronto. However, her love for Rock and Roll started with the Canadian trio, Triumph in the early 80's. Her first real rock concert experience was at the Memorial Auditorium in Buffalo, NY on May 13, 1983 for Triumph's "Never Surrender" tour, which she attended with her Mom. Her favorite artists include, Great White, Tesla, L.A.Guns, Lita Ford, Courtney Love, Joan Jett, Saxon, Priest & Maiden and The Cult, and pretty much everything in between, including George Thorogood, Rush and Triumph. Tracey's passion for music is expressed through her creative writing ability and her extensive collection of unique rock n' roll memorabilia, and of course, that mountain of concert stubs!
